The Joy of Sake This Wednesday!

HIBINO will be participating again at the wonderful The Joy of Sake this Wednesday! #joyofsakenyc2017 If you don't know The Joy of Sake, it is the largest Sake tasting event held outside of Japan; more than 380 sakes with 16 appetizers from Sake-centric New York restaurants (e.g. HIBINO, 15 East, En Japanese Brasserie, SakaMai, Yopparai etc) This event always has a great energy and love for Sake and Japanse cuisine. It's a privilege for us to be part of such a fun and big-scale event. We will be serving Beef Tataki this year. Don't miss!
